How do I create a note for a Community member?
With this feature, you can add a note to a member profile within the Community environment. You can use this for examples such as:
- Customer called back on 15-06-2026.
- Preference for English communication.
- Follow-up planned after the next survey.
Step 1: Open the desired profile
- Go to Community.
- In the left menu, go to Profiles.
- Make sure you are in the Overview tab.
- Search for the desired member in the member list.
- Click on the relevant profile to display the profile information on the right.
Step 2: Add a note
- On the right side of the screen, locate the Note: field.
- Click the pencil icon to open the empty text field.
- Type the desired note.
- Click the floppy disk icon next to the note field to save the note.
