To Community Members themselves unsubscribe or te delete walkthrough you the following steps:
- Go to ‘Profiles’ and ‘Overview’ in the Community menu.
- Optional: select a filter.
- Select the desired members. To select all members, check the box next to ‘Name’.
- Click ‘Delete’ to remove the community members and all associated data, or click ‘Unsubscribe’ to unsubscribe the community members.
- On the community website, posted topic replies from members are deleted and replaced with "This reply has been removed." This only applies when you delete members. If you unsubscribe a member, their topic replies remain on the community website.
- The profile name of deleted members is replaced with "Anonymous". The avatar image of members is also removed. This applies to both deleted and unsubscribed members.
- Data in Survey, such as completed surveys, is retained.
- Click ‘Save’.
