With the reward system, you can grant a reward to participants after they have completed a survey in Survey. The value of a reward can be paid in points or cents. You can set up an automatic reward or manually credit or debit it.
Automatic Reward
In the menu under “Rewards” and “Overview”, you can assign a reward to a survey. This can be done in points or euro cents. Click “New” to issue a new reward. You can also define the reward per variable — for example, you can grant 10 points for variable A and 20 points for variable B.
Manual Credit and Debit
In the menu under “Credits and Debits”, you can manually assign or deduct a reward per user or based on a filter. You can choose to deduct a total amount, deduct part of an amount, or add credits.
Exporting Credits and Debits
Under “Credits and Debits”, you can use the “Export” option to export all completed credit and debit transactions.
Deleting a Reward
Navigate to “Rewards” and “Overview”. You can delete a created reward by clicking the trash can icon next to it. If points or cents have already been granted to respondents through this reward, they will retain their earned reward.
Reward Overview for Members
On the community website, you can display a reward overview by placing the RewardMutationsOverview macro. This allows each individual member to view their earned rewards. Read more about setting up macros. The name of the reward displayed on the community website is the name you enter in Survey under “Display name in Community”. The name you define in Community for the reward is for internal use only.
