To control the distribution of specific background features (filters and profile variables) of community members you can add a quota in a sample.
- In the Community menu, go to 'Selection' and 'Samples'. Click on 'New' or '+ Sample'. Select a filter or the entire community. Then under 'Sample' under Quota based on profile variables, select 'Yes'.
- Select the profile variables to base the quota on. je You can select up to three profile variables.
- Choose whether you want quota proportions in percentages or numbers fill.
- Choose a 'Total number' for the quota.
- Choose the number of days for the rest period. If you set a rest period of one month, only respondents who have not been added to another sample in the past month will be included in the sample. If a rest period of one month does not provide enough community members, you can draw a new sample with, for example, a 29-day rest period.
- Click on 'Calculate'.
- Click 'Save' and save the sample.
