You can pay out rewards only if a community member has completed the full registration questionnaire and created a profile. If you would like to reward community members without a profile, you can follow the steps below.

For the registration questionnaire, use an empty Survey. First, create a questionnaire in Survey with no questions. If necessary, you can read more about creating a survey in the Survey Guide. At 'Access', select 'Email addresses from list only' or 'Respondent enters own email address'. Click on 'Extra' and redirect to the community here: Check 'Redirect page at end of survey', select 'Community' and click 'Save'. Note: If you have chosen 'Email addresses from list only', you need to import the relevant email addresses into the Survey under 'Respondents'.
- In the Community menu at 'Settings' and 'Settings', select this survey at 'Automatic invite after registration', under 'Survey'. Click 'Save'.
- Link a reward to this survey. In the Community menu at 'Rewards' and 'Overview', you can assign a reward to a survey. This can be in points or eurocents. Click 'New' to assign a new reward. You do not need to select a variable here, as the survey does not contain any questions. Read more about assigning rewards.
Community members automatically retrieve their rewards by opening the link to the survey. You can find this link in Survey under 'Survey'. You need to share this link with the community members.
