The overview of all individual members can be found in the left menu under 'Profiles' and 'Overview'. In this overview you can:
- Filter members using an existing filter. Read more about creating filters.
- Look up individual members via the search bar
- Filter members based on their status. You do this by selecting the desired status from the drop-down menu where 'All' is displayed. Learn more about member status.
Delete, unsubscribe or empty profile variables
You can select one or more members. For example, if you have selected a filter and you want to select all members within this filter in bulk, you can do so by checking the box next to 'Name'. Then you can delete the selected members, unsubscribe or you can remove the values of certain profile variables. If you want to clear the profile variables, select the desired members and then the desired variables. Then click the “Empty Variable Value” button.
Individual profile data
If you click one member in the overview, the profile of this member appears on the right side. You will see the following data:
- Email: The member's e-mail address is displayed here.
- Member Since: Here the date the member created an account with password is displayed.
Last logged in date: This displays the date the member last logged into the community website. - Last active on: Displays the date the member last participated in a survey, completed a poll or responded to a topic.
- Number of surveys completed: This displays the number of surveys the member has fully participated in.
- Number of posts: This displays the number of messages a member has posted in topics.
- Number of polls: Displays the number of polls the member has responded to.
- Community: This shows the communities in which the member participates. Often 'Default' is displayed here if the member participates in one community.
You can unsubscribe the specific member you have selected by clicking on the arrow icon in the upper right corner. You can delete the member by clicking on the trash can icon in the upper right corner. In addition, you can give the member a role other than “Community Member. Read more about roles. You can also remove the values of certain profile variables by selecting the desired variables and clicking the 'Empty Variable Value' button.
