In Community, you can export the discussions. Go to ‘Discussions’ and ‘Export’ to download the following data in CSV format:

Analysing discussions

In addition to the export options in Community, you can analyse discussions on the community website using labels. This allows you to see at a glance which responses belong to which categories.

Creating a label

1. Click the settings icon next to a response.
2. Select ‘Create new label’.
3. Enter a label name and choose a colour.
4. Click ‘Create new label’ to save it.

Assigning labels to responses

You can add one or more labels to each response:

1. Click the settings icon next to the response.
2. Select ‘Select labels’.
3. Choose one or more labels.
4. Click ‘Select labels’ again to save your selection.

Labels are only visible on the community website and cannot be downloaded.
