There are several options for inviting members to the community. You can reach new members in several ways:
- You can invite known members via Survey;
- Invite unknown members via, for example, social media.
Invite known members
To grant invitation only members access to the Community, you can use of a subscription questionnaire in Survey. Go through the following steps
- Create a in Survey subscription questionnaire on. Learn more about creating surveys and enrollment questionnaires in Survey you will find in the Survey Guide.
- In Dialogue, go to the 'Home' page and the 'Settings' tab.
- Turn on the option 'Register only via Survey'.
- The login button on the login page is now disabled. Only members who have an invitation have received can now join the Community. Learn more about importing members into the Community.
Invite unknown members
To invite unknown members to the Community via, for example, social media you can use a registration questionnaire in Survey. Go through the following steps:
- Create a registration questionnaire in Survey. More information about creating of surveys and registration questionnaires in Survey can be found in the Survey Guide.
- In Dialogue, go to the 'Home' page and the 'Settings' tab.
- Check whether the option 'Register only via Survey' is turned off.
- Enable the option 'Register via registration button on website'.
- Select the desired registration questionnaire under 'Registration survey'.
