In the Community menu, go to 'Profiles' and 'Import' to import members. After import, you can link the file to existing profile variables.
The file must:
- It must be a CSV file;
- Have an 'Email' column that contains the email addresses;
- Do not contain duplicate column names.
Import the file by uploading it in Community under 'Profiles' and 'Import':
Linking Profile Variables
After importing the file you can link the columns to profile variables. Learn more about creating profile variables. Each column can be linked once to a profile variable.
- Click on it
icon after the upload the file. Allows you to link the profile variables.
- Select the column you want to link.
- Find correct profile variable and select the profile variable.
- Optional: automatically associate the profile variables with the
icon. This wizard automatically recognizes the same profile variable names and links them together.
If a variable option does not yet exist, it will be shown in a pop-up. je you can do the following here:
- You can then link it to another existing option via the dropdown. Click on 'Save'.
- You can on the
button click to add and link the option right away.
