In the Community menu, go to ‘Profiles’ and then ‘Export’ to download an export of your Community. This allows you to download all community members or only members based on a filter. Read more about creating a filter. The following columns are shown in the member export:

Id: ID of the community member

Email: Email address of the community member

Profile Name

Status: Pending/Enrolled/Imported/Unconfirmed/Active/Unsubscribed. Read more about member statuses.

Unsubscribe Reason: The reason is displayed if the member has unsubscribed and provided a reason

Unsubscribe Date

Polls Participated: The number of polls the member has participated in

Registration Date: The most recent registration date. If a member unsubscribes and later re-registers, the latest registration date is shown.

Surveys Invited: The number of surveys the member has been invited to

Surveys Participated: The number of surveys the member has participated in

Participation %: The number of surveys participated in relative to the number of survey invitations

Rewards Balance: The current balance of points or currency of the community member
As soon as a community member is added to a survey, this is included in the calculation of 'Surveys Invited', 'Surveys Participated', and 'Participation %', provided the data has not been deleted.
