Have you received data from community members that you want to update?
- Go to the menu Community to 'Profiles' and 'Export' to make an export from your Community. This will download all members, or members based on a filter.
- Modify this file and save it as a CSV file.
- In the Community menu, go to 'Profiles' and 'Import' to import members. Here you can link an imported file to existing profile variables. Read more about importing members.
- You have updated the data.
Linking of profile variables
After importing the file you can link the columns to profile variables. Each column can be linked once to a profile variable.
- Click on the pecil icon after the upload the file. Allows you to link the profile variables.
- Select the column you want to link.
- Find correct profile variable and select the profile variable.
- Optional: automatically associate the profile variables with the wand icon. This wizard automatically recognizes the same profile variable names and links them together.
If a variable option does not yet exist, it will be shown in a pop-up, you can do the following here:
- You can then link it to another existing option via the dropdown. Click on 'Save'.
- You can on the
button click to add and link the option right away.
